Toshiba's SSDs are the first to use 96-layer 3D flash chips Mobile Marketing

Toshiba has disclosed the XG6 arrangement, the main SSDs to be worked with its bleeding edge 96-layer 3D streak tech. The XG6 arrangement of NVM Express (NVMe) SSDs utilize BiCS 3D streak memory with 3-bits-per-cell that power the drives to 3,180 MB/s read and 3,000 MB/s compose speeds, with a stellar 365,000 irregular compose IOPS (input/yield tasks every second). In the meantime, the gadgets expend a greatest of only 4.7 watts. 

The new SSDs arrive only seven days after Toshiba disclosed the main examples of cutting edge 4-bits-per-cell 96-layer streak chips.
